Every effort has been made to ensure that the images of the pieces portray them as accurately and as true a representation as possible. If you have any more questions about a particular piece, or need any further images then please do not hesitate to contact us and wherever possible further clarification will be offered.
Refunds and returns
All pieces can be returned within a 14 day period following the receipt of goods, provided they are unused and returned intact, in the same condition as you received it. Please retain proof of postage as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once the piece has been received and inspected, a full refund or exchange will be offered where applicable.
If you find your product is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. If it is necessary to send your item back, we will pay the return delivery costs but please ensure you use an insured method of dispatch and retain proof of postage. We are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
On receipt and inspection of the product, if it is deemed to be faulty we will offer the following:
- a repair to the item
- an exchange
- a full refund
Please note, refunds will only be made via the original payment method.
